The Challenge The challenge was to introduce to the Greek market a new, competitive concept of what a street food experience is, while at the same time promoting the high-quality food offered by the brand. The Idea Our intention was to create a space that would offer food in a fast and efficient way. We wanted to optimise the use of a fairly confined space and thus, we treated the food preparation as well as the process of ordering it as an essential part of the customer experience. The Execution We designed a variety of customisable elements and other prototype equipment as well as provided viable proposals on how to manufacture them. The most iconic design was a wok station that operated behind glass separators, becoming the protagonist of the space and transforming it into a place of engagement for every passing pedestrian.
